3 prenatal appointments, ~2 hours each
Prenatal appointments cover: understanding physiologic birth and how awesome your body & baby are at doing this job!, comfort measures, labor & pushing positions, writing a birth preferences list (birth plan), fetal positioning for an easier labor, interventions, pain management, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, sibling support, as well as any questions specific to your pregnancy
1-2 postpartum visits, ~2-3 hours
Unlimited phone & email support
On-call 24/7 for your birth from 38 weeks until your baby arrives (if your baby comes earlier I still do my very best to be there!)
Birth photos, birth notes
Fee: $2600

1 prenatal visit, to get to know each other and identify your support needs. We’ll also discuss preparing for baby’s arrival: new baby/new mama care, breastfeeding basics, & any concerns you may have. ~3 hours
Support can include: breastfeeding support, caring for baby while you take care of yourself, meal prep, tips/trips to learn all about your newborn, babywearing (carriers can be tricky!), light laundry or house work, entertaining older kids.
At this time, I am only available for daytime postpartum support.
Fee: $65/hr

A streamlined support option for virtual support throughout your pregnancy and labor.
1 virtual prenatal meeting to get to know your preferences and goals.
Suggestions for further prep on your own time (books, videos, resources, exercises, hand outs) and assistance with writing a Birth Preferences List.
On call phone/text/email/video support 24/7 from weeks 38-42. Get friendly, experienced support as you navigate your labor and birth.
“What’s that discharge? When should I go to the hospital? I’m feeling contractions in my back, what do I do? The doc said _____ what does that mean?” - I got you, friend!
Fee: $500
